Become a Telesoft expert by taking advantage of a full day of additional hands-on training at this year’s conference. This will be the only hands-on training offered for the 10.0 release outside of paid training visits that your organization may request.
Getting to Know Telesoft 10.0
The 10.0 release for will open new opportunities for your organization’s TEM activities and provide visibility like never before into your telecom environment. Be the first to learn about the latest version of the Telesoft solution with real workplace scenarios in a hands-on environment.
- Learn the essentials in the new 10.0 interface
- Know what you need to do to get ready to transition to 10.0
- In depth training on Account Setup, Master Feed, Invoice Entry, Account Setup, Hold Calls, and bill period/end of month work
- Deep dive into the new reporting wizard
Two separate classes will be offered: One focused in Invoice Management and one focused in Call Accounting. Please be sure to select the appropriate class when registering. Please bring a laptop with wireless internet capabilities (Wi-Fi will be provided by Telesoft).
